The right to be informed
Every organisation must inform you if it is using your personal data. It should provide detailed information.
The right of access
You have the right to find out if an organisation is using or storing your personal data.
The right to rectification
You can challenge the accuracy of personal data held about you by an organisation, and ask for it to be corrected.
The right to erasure
You can ask an organisation that holds data about you to delete that data and, in some circumstances it must comply.
The right to restriction
You can limit the way an organisation uses your personal data if you are concerned about the accuracy of such data or the legal basis for the processing.
The right to data portability
You have the right to get your personal data from an organisation in a way that is accessible and machine readable.
The right to object to the use of your data
You have the right to object to the processing (use) of your personal data in some circumstances.
The rights relating to automated individual decision-making
When decisions are made about you by information systems, machine learning or artificial intelliegence, you may request for an actual human contact and review.
